Switzerland – Information systems and servers – IWB, Server und Virtualisierungs-Infrastruktur

IWB will replace/ exchange various components and carry out necessary extensions/expansions of the Client-Server infrastructure in the coming years as part of the product lifecycle. The subject of this tender are servers and virtualisation infrastructure components. The tender will be divided into two lots: Lot 1: Server systems (compatible with the existing HP infrastructure) including maintenance Lot 2: Licences for virtualisation software (VMware and Omnissa Horizon)

Lot 1: The delivered systems must be necessarily compatible with the existing HP server infrastructure and the existing VMware infrastructure. The aim of this tender for Lot 1 is to conclude a framework agreement with three suppliers for a period of three years. The prices indicated for Lot 1 are valid until at least 31.03.2027. In the event of a specific requirement, the award recipients will be requested to submit their respective offers as part of a mini-tender. The contracting partner who grants the highest discount on the manufacturer's price list will receive the corresponding individual order from IWB.

Lot 2: The aim of this tender for Lot 2 is to conclude a framework agreement for services with one supplier for a period of three years for the procurement of the virtualisation licences.
