Czechia – Architectural, engineering and surveying services – Aquapark Cheb – rekonstrukce a přístavba bazénu: projektová dokumentace

The subject of the public procurement is design work for the preparation of project documentation (hereinafter “PD”), the provision of related engineering activities and the provision of services and related measures. The scope of the project documentation – the project documentation will be divided into two objects: 1) the existing swimming pool and its facilities; 2) the extension of the swimming pool. In the 1st object PD, the reconstruction of the existing pool will be addressed. The reconstruction is intended primarily to modernize and enhance the attractiveness of the existing swimming pool. The basis for this object is the „Architectural solution of the volume study Aquapark Cheb“ prepared by Ateliér 11 Hradec Králové s.r.o. and the „Diagnostic and corrosion report“ prepared by the company Experis DSKM, s.r.o. The object of the swimming pool extension will include a so-called relaxation and experience zone (aquapark) incl. the construction of an outdoor area for seasonal bathing. The basis for this object is the „Architectural solution of the volume study Aquapark Cheb“ and the „Economic study“ prepared by Ateliér 11 Hradec Králové s.r.o. and the „Car park for the swimming pool Cheb – PD“ prepared by the company ARTMODUL s.r.o. Stages of project documentation and other activities that are the subject of the contract: •Project documentation for building permit. •Project documentation for construction implementation including itemized budget and list of construction works, supplies and services. •Performance of engineering activities for the issuance of a building permit.
