This consultation concerns the supply and delivery of natural gas for the supply of measurement and estimation points (PCE) operated by Habitats de Haute-Alsace. The natural gas is primarily used for heating residential buildings and administrative premises, as well as for the production of domestic hot water and cooking needs. This consultation constitutes a partial restart of a previous procedure for the award of a framework agreement for the supply of natural gas. It exclusively concerns lots 1 and 3, which were declared without follow-up in the initial procedure. Lot No. 1 concerns the supply and delivery of natural gas for the period 2029-2032, while Lot No. 3 concerns the period 2030-2033. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The contract is awarded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum expressed in quantity (MWh), concluded with a single economic operator for each of the lots. It is concluded for a period of four years.
