The procedure concerns a framework agreement to be signed and notified by a coordinator on behalf and for the account of a purchasing group, but to be executed by each member of this group, in accordance with Articles L.2113-6 and L.2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code. The coordinator of the group is the Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays de Laon. Single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded by a contracting authority with minimum and maximum order quantities, without retendering when awarding the purchase orders, in accordance with Article R2162-2 paragraph 2 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
