1. This contract guarantees the provision of the service from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, meeting the requirements described in the Contract Template. 2. The service from 1 January 2029 to 31 December 2030, meeting the requirements described in the Contract Template, will be provided under the "option" right, as referred to in Article 441 of the PZP Act. In this regard, the Contracting Authority: 1) reserves the right that the subject of the contract specified under the option right is not guaranteed, but is the sole and unilateral right of the Contracting Authority, and non-use of this right does not constitute a basis for the Contractor to claim any rights against the Contracting Authority; 2) is entitled to exercise the option right within 12 months from the date of the contract; 3) in the event of exercising the option right, will provide the Contractor with the relevant declaration in this regard; 4) the remaining provisions regarding the option right are contained in the Draft Contract, Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3.
