Road Maintenance Depot Landshut, New Construction, Structural Design Services pursuant to §§ 49 et seq. HOAI, Performance Phases 1-6, as well as special services for the construction project New Road Maintenance Depot Landshut in the municipality of Essenbach. The planned area, parcel no. 2006, with 36,062 m² is located in the area of the motorway triangle A94 - B15n. A road maintenance depot for approximately 62 employees is to be constructed on the property. The majority of the employees are deployed in outdoor and workshop services. The space requirement essentially consists of approximately 840 m² of administration, approximately 1,300 m² of workshops, approximately 1,580 m² of garages, approximately 1,000 m² of salt storage hall as well as approximately 1,270 m² for storage rooms. In the outdoor area, a further approximately 3,700 m² is required for parking, storage and functional areas. The various focus areas of use of the Road Maintenance Depot Landshut – administration, workshops, social area, garages and storage – require different building-type, functional, structural and building-law requirements for the construction methods of the individual sub-areas. Depending on an economical and building-type sensible implementation, a timber or timber hybrid construction method and a climate-effective green building envelope for the overall system or for sub-areas are to be provided. The administrative area is to be planned on the basis of the Passive House Standard.
