Bulgaria – Natural gas – „Доставка на природен газ за ТП на НОИ“

The subject of this notice is “Supply of natural gas for the TPP of NPP”, which aims to ensure the supply of natural gas during the heating season for the Administrative Building of the TPP of NPP – Shumen, at freely agreed prices, in accordance with the Energy Act (EA), the Rules for Trading in Natural Gas (RTNG) and the Rules for Balancing the Natural Gas Market (RBNGM). The scope of the order includes the performance of balancing functions and the assumption of the costs of the individual commercial imbalance of natural gas of the TPP of NPP - Shumen during the contract execution period. The TPP of NPP - Shumen pays only the actual monthly quantity of natural gas consumed, as measured by the commercial metering device, owned by the gas distribution network operator. The requirements for the execution and the participants are detailed in the technical specifications and the participation documentation. Pursuant to Article 104, Paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), the commission will examine the received tenders in the so-called “reverse order”, regulated in Article 61 of the PPA.
