Poland – Cleaning services – „Usługi sprzątania pływalni miejskich należących do Poznańskich Ośrodków Sportu i Rekreacji”

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for five municipal swimming pools belonging to Poznańskie Ośrodki Sportu i Rekreacji. The contract is divided into five parts:

- Part no. 1: Cleaning services for Pływalnia Miejska Atlantis (os. Batorego 101 in Poznań) – the subject matter of the contract is described in Annex 9a to SWZ,

- Part no. 2: Cleaning services for Pływalnia Miejska Winogrady (os. Zwycięstwa 124 in Poznań) – the subject matter of the contract is described in Annex 9b to SWZ,

- Part no. 3: Cleaning services for Pływalnia Miejska Chwałka (ul. Spychalskiego 34 in Poznań) – the subject matter of the contract is described in Annex 9c to SWZ,

- Part no. 4: Cleaning services for Pływalnia Miejska Grunwald (ul. Taborowa 4 in Poznań) – the subject matter of the contract is described in Annex 9d to SWZ,

- Part no. 5: Cleaning services for Pływalnia Miejska Rataje (os. Piastowskie 55a in Poznań) – the subject matter of the contract is described in Annex 9e to SWZ.

2. Cleaning services will be provided every day of the week, during the hours indicated in the Subject of the Contract.

3. The contracting authority requires the Contractor to conduct a site visit. The offer of a Contractor who does not conduct a site visit will be rejected. The specific date for the site visit should be arranged with the manager of the respective swimming pool:

c) Chwiałka Branch – Paweł Mateja tel. 573 168 890,

d) Grunwald Branch – Michał Wiktor tel. 573 168 563,

e) Rataje Swimming Pool – Andrzej Grudziński tel. 501 503 874.

4. The contracting authority requires that, during each hour of service provision, there must be:

- at least one person working (for parts no. 1-3, 5),

- at least three persons working in the indoor pool, and one person in the outdoor pool (for part no. 4).

5. The contracting authority will inform the Contractor by the 15th day of each month about the expected days off in the following month, during which the Contractor will not provide cleaning services.
