The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and disposal of municipal waste generated on properties inhabited within the territory of Sośnicowice Municipality during the period of the contract's validity, including the following fractions: 1) Glass, including clear and coloured, 2) Plastics, 3) Paper and cardboard, 4) Multi-material packaging, 5) Metal, 6) Biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable packaging waste, 7) Green waste, 8) Furniture and other bulky waste, 9) Construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste (excluding waste from work that requires a permit or notification for construction or demolition and hazardous waste, particularly products containing asbestos), 10) Mixed waste. 2. The collection of municipal waste from inhabited properties will be carried out with the following frequency: 1) Non-segregated municipal waste: a) once every 2 weeks for single-family properties, b) once a week for multi-family properties. 2) Selectively collected waste (excluding biodegradable waste): a) once every 4 weeks for single-family properties, b) once every 2 weeks for multi-family properties, c) twice a year (at approximately 6-month intervals) collection of furniture and other bulky waste, placed by residents of single or multi-family properties on a specified day indicated in the schedule, d) Construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste (excluding waste from work that requires a permit or notification for construction or demolition and hazardous waste, particularly products containing asbestos), are collected in specially designated BIG BAG-type bags rented from the Contractor for this purpose. 3) Biodegradable waste: a) once every 4 weeks for single-family properties from 1 November to 31 March, b) once every 2 weeks for multi-family properties from 1 November to 31 March, c) once every 2 weeks for single-family properties from 1 April to 31 October, d) once a week for multi-family properties from 1 April to 31 October. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Subject of the Contract (SOC). 3. Vehicles meeting EURO 5 and EURO 6 standards The Purchaser requires that vehicles declared by the Contractor in the submitted offer be used for waste collection. Declared vehicles must collect waste throughout the contract period. The Purchaser requires that the declared vehicles meet at least the EURO 5 standard. Compliance with the EURO 6 standard by the declared vehicles constitutes a criterion for evaluating offers. During the service provision, it is allowed to change the declared vehicles to others meeting the requirements of at least EURO 5 and EURO 6 standards, according to the submitted offer. 4. Vehicles meeting the requirements specified in the Act on Electromobility and Alternative Fuels In accordance with Article 68a(1)(1) and (2) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on Electromobility and Alternative Fuels, the Purchaser requires that the Contractor, when implementing this contract, ensure the participation of at least 1 vehicle powered by alternative fuels, as referred to in the indicated Act, in the fleet of used vehicles, i.e. vehicles of the following categories: 1) N2 (motor vehicles designed and constructed for the carriage of goods and having a maximum permissible gross weight exceeding 3.5 t but not exceeding 12 t), 2) N3 (motor vehicles designed and constructed for the carriage of goods and having a maximum permissible gross weight exceeding 12 t).
