The present contract governs supplies for a period of 2 years, with 3 possible renewals of 2 years each. The quantities to be supplied are estimated quantities. By submitting its tender, the tenderer accepts, without any reservation, to deliver the quantities ordered, whatever they may be and without any right to particular compensation if the indicative quantities are not reached.
