France – Vocational training services – Formations 2027-2030 à destination des services autonomie à domicile intervenant auprès des personnes âgées et/ou en situation de handicap

This tender concerns the provision of training services for professionals working in the home autonomy services, authorized by the Department of Seine-Maritime. The training is for:

- Social care assistants (AVS),

- Medical-psychological assistants (AMP)

- Social and educational support workers (merger of the 2 State Diplomas AVS and AMP),

- Sector managers,

- Agency managers

with the following objectives:

- Supporting home autonomy services in improving their human and administrative management;

- Improving the quality of support and service provided to elderly people with loss of autonomy;

- Continuing the training of home care professionals, by offering new and relevant topics tailored to the sector's expectations and needs;

- Preventing occupational risks;

- Supporting the development of skills, know-how, and professional qualifications in the sector;

- Promoting cooperation and a shared culture among home care professionals.
