The services subject to the consultation aim to provide high-quality professional mediation within the residences of the landlords in targeted areas and neighbourhoods (notably QPV) to contribute to the maintenance of residential tranquillity. The main tasks are:

- Ensure an active and visible presence through courtesy visits, resident watch, patrols, and targeted visits by the landlords

- Enforce the internal regulations of the buildings and deter acts of incivility and deliberate damage

- Defuse and prevent tensions and intervene in cases of neighbourhood disputes that need to be assessed

- Collect and transmit information from the ground and the social climate

- Request emergency services and refer with discretion to the relevant public services.
