Numera Palvelut Oy invites tenders for building materials according to the tender documents. The procurement includes timber, building materials, painting, tiling, concrete repair and levelling products in the Loviisa area. The procurement includes various materials needed for construction such as boards, laths, nets, insulation, plasters, masses, levellers, paints, painting materials, tiles, floor coverings, doors and frames. In addition, the procurement includes planks, panels, sawn and planed goods, solid and laminated wood as well as lists. The procurement also includes various hardware items such as electric and battery-powered tools, fittings, nail boxes, shelves, racks and garden, property and landscaping products. The procurement does not include tools, fasteners, small chemicals, personal protective equipment, protective clothing or building LVI or electrical products. The procurement procedure will be carried out by accelerated open procedure, on the basis of which one (1) contracting party with the most points will be selected. The selection criterion for the procurement is overall economic advantage with the weight of the price being 100 points. The minimum requirements for quality set out in the tender documents allow comparison based solely on price. The contract period is fixed for four (4) years. The contract period begins at the earliest when the procurement decision has legal force or the Market Court has granted the contract enforcement permit. The notice period for the contract is six (6) months for both contracting parties and the customer community of Numera Palvelut Oy bound to the procurement, regardless of the fixed-term nature. The aim is that the contract period will commence in September 2026 (estimate). Sub-tenders within a sub-total are not accepted. Parallel tenders are not accepted. The tenderer is bound by all the conditions set out in the tender. The procuring entity has the right to verify the information provided by the tenderer in the tender documents before the procurement decision is made. If the information provided is not correct, the tender will be rejected. NOTE!
