Netherlands – Software package and information systems – Leveren, implementeren en onderhouden van een Identity and Access Management-systeem

The scope of the Contract includes the supply, implementation, configuration and management of an IAM solution, including migration from the current authorization structure in G4Gem (this is a database where it is registered), setup according to the functional design and realisation of the required integrations. The IAM system must at least include the following components and integrations: • Components: IDU automation (onboarding, transition, offboarding), requesting/approving/delegating of Process roles and standalone requested authorisations, authorisation management of Authorisations, Process roles and HR attributes. Integrations: HR system YouForce, Active Directory (AD), ITSM Topdesk, email provision, data warehouse and Microsoft Entra ID for SSO. See tender documents. The IAM system will be deployed for approximately 3,000 identities, with a bandwidth of 20% more or less identities. Inactive identities are not taken into account. We estimate the total value of this Contract over the full contract duration including any extension options (18 years, see paragraph 2.8) at an amount between € 850,000 and € 2,000,000 (excl. VAT).
