Poland – Refuse and waste related services – „Odbiór i transport odpadów komunalnych z terenu Miasta i Gminy Płoty w okresie 15 miesięcy”

The subject of the contract is: 1) Collection and transport of municipal waste from properties where residents live, within the administrative boundaries of Gmina Płoty. 2) Collection and transport of waste gathered at the municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). 3) Collection and transport of bulky waste and textile waste exhibited at specified times in front of properties. 4) Waste must be collected and transported separately for each selectively collected waste fraction, so that waste is not mixed during transport. 5) Distribution by the Contractor of bags for collecting municipal waste, 6) The Contractor will establish a Customer Service Point in the town of Płoty, open daily from Monday to Friday, except holidays, for 8 hours a day: a) The tasks of the Customer Service Point will include in particular: • issuing bags for waste segregation as mentioned in point 4, • recording and settling issued bags, • issuing waste collection schedules, • informing about the method of waste segregation, • accepting reports of irregularities regarding waste collection, b) As part of fulfilling this obligation, the Contractor is obliged to mark this point (local, building, etc.) by placing a sign or banner, etc., in a visible place, which will be visible from the street. It must contain at least the following information: • Customer Service Point • operated by: Contractor's name + registered office address • established for the purpose of implementing the task entrusted by Gmina Płoty, ref.: "Collection and transport of waste from residents of Gmina Płoty" • opening hours 2. Type of waste to be collected and transported: Waste collected from individual properties listed in the address list provided to the Contractor by the Purchaser. Waste collected according to the schedule: 15 01 01 paper waste, cardboard waste, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard, 15 01 02 plastic waste, packaging waste from plastics, multi-material packaging waste, metal waste, packaging waste from metals. 15 01 07 glass waste, packaging waste from glass, 20 02 01 biodegradable waste, 20 03 01 mixed municipal waste, Waste collected from exhibition sites in front of inhabited properties. Waste collected according to the schedule 4 times during the contract period: 20 03 07 bulky waste (including furniture), 20 01 36 waste electrical and electronic equipment, 2 times during the contract period 20 01 11 textiles. Waste collected from PSZOK ul. Wojska Polskiego 8, Płoty.
