D.P. Open, electronic procurement procedure, pursuant to Articles 25 and 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, for the supply, in the purchase regime, including installation to perfect workmanship, commissioning, testing and full-risk maintenance and technical assistance service, of 89 refrigerators, to be awarded with the criterion of the lowest price, pursuant to Article 108, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 36/2023 and subsequent amendments and additions.
