Since October 2023, the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin has been implementing the project to introduce the new Campus Management System HISinOne. The planned project duration ends in December 2030. In December 2024, the HISinOne_APP (Admissions and Enrollment) product area was put into productive use, and in April 2025, the first admissions and enrollment process based on HISinOne was successfully completed. The productive use of the HISinOne_STU product area is scheduled for May 2026. Since the HISinOne release changes always occur during ongoing admissions and enrollment processes, the HU always operates the HISinOne system in the version that was published before the current admissions and enrollment process. HISinOne is replacing the older and now discontinued systems of the GX/QIS world as the successor product. The replacement is taking place step by step, within the introduction project. Lots 1 to 6 and 8 have already been awarded. Lot 10 will be tendered later.
