The procurement covers Framework Agreements for window cleaning. The location types vary widely and cover, as far as possible, the municipality's various buildings, from office buildings to daycare institutions and nursing homes. The procurement is structured so that there are a number of sub-contracts, 16 in total. Since Aarhus Municipality is a large municipality with many different buildings, we have assessed that it is most appropriate to set a limit on the number of sub-contracts that a company/bidder can win. Since Aarhus Municipality's data is incomplete, it is the supplier's responsibility to carry out concrete measurements of the window areas, or to carry out other assessments of the scope of the task.
