Before you is the selection guide for the European tender for the project “PvE advice & Construction project management – Demolition, new construction of annexe and renovation of town hall Westerkwartier” for which the municipality of Westerkwartier is the contracting authority. This selection guide provides, among other things, information about the progress of the tender and the information requested in the context of this tender. The contracting authority is following a European restricted procedure and is assuming one lot. For this procedure, any interested market party can submit a registration based on the announcement on the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) database (http://ted.europa.eu) and the website of TenderNed (www.tenderned.nl). The procedure takes place in two phases.

Phase 1. Selection phase: based on a public announcement, interested parties can download the selection guide from TenderNed and submit a request to participate to be invited for the registration phase. Based on the selection criteria, the contracting authority will select a limited number of candidates to participate in the next phase. The selection criteria are:
