Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of school laboratory equipment, divided into tasks: Task 1) Equipment for OZE laboratory, Task 2) Equipment for refrigeration and air conditioning laboratory. General requirements 1. The contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract be factory new, full-value, free of all defects and damages, without prior exploitation. 2. The contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract be in accordance with the recommendations, standards and applicable technical and operational requirements in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland and the European Union (CE declarations). The subject of the contract must meet the technical and user requirements within the scope of the OHS conditions. 3. The contracting authority requires that the Contractor, together with the delivery of the subject of the contract, shall provide instructions for the operation of the teaching stations in Polish, in paper and electronic versions. 4. The Contractor undertakes to deliver at his own cost all the elements that are part of the subject of the contract, along with the technical documentation provided by the manufacturer, warranty cards and documents specifying the rules for providing services during the warranty period, and to assemble and check their operability, in the places of use, at a previously agreed date with the Director of the Technical Schools Complex in Rybnik. 6. The stations must be available in regular production, they cannot be prototypes. 7. The description of the requirements is contained in Annex No. 6 A and 6 B to SWZ. 8. The minimum warranty period for the offered subject of the contract cannot be shorter than 24 months (in the case of a shorter period being offered, the offer will be rejected in accordance with Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act, because its content will be inconsistent with the terms of the contract). Defect removal deadline 14 days. 9. In the event that references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, are included in the description of the subject of the contract, the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions to those described. 10. In the event that the names of manufacturers, products or solutions, trade marks, patents or origin, source of origin or a special process which characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, are indicated in the documentation made available, the contracting authority allows the offer of materials, devices, equivalent solutions in terms of technical, quality, user and operational parameters, provided that they ensure the achievement of parameters no worse than those set out in the annexes to SWZ. The contracting authority informs that the designation of the subject of the contract in SWZ by indicating proprietary names, etc. is intended solely to specify the subject of the contract. The contracting authority requires that the Contractor shall provide evidence of equivalence in the offer. The contracting authority indicates that the obligation to submit in the offer equivalent solutions in relation to those described in SWZ and to demonstrate equivalence lies with the Contractor.
