Netherlands – Weed-killing services – Raamovereenkomst aanvullende capaciteit onkruidbeheersing op verhardingen

The intended result of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a single framework agreement for additional capacity for weed control on hard surfaces. The additional capacity is required in addition to the contracting authority's own capacity. The term of the framework agreement is for a fixed period of two (2) years (from 1-1-2027 to 31-12-2028) and then four (4) optional extensions of 1 year (2029, 2030, 2031 and 2032). The maximum contract value for the total duration of the framework agreement, including optional extensions, is set at EUR. 1,500,000, - exclusive of VAT. This is the real expectation over the entire term of EUR. 250,000, - exclusive of VAT per contract year, including possible extensions.
