The purchasing unit requests applications to participate in the procurement of systems supporting the specialised healthcare services production of the Varsinais-Suomen well-being region. The subject of the procurement is a surgical and anaesthesia system solution, compliant with Finnish legislation, intended for the use of the Varsinais-Suomen well-being region, which is capable of meeting the demands of the scope of operations of the Varsinais-Suomen well-being region. The system solution to be procured must be an off-the-shelf solution, not a development project. The purchasing unit in this procurement, 2M-IT Oy (”2M-IT” and/or “purchasing unit”) provides services to its owner customer, the Varsinais-Suomen well-being region (“Customer”) as an in-house company. The content and objectives of the procurement are described in more detail in this call for participation and its annexes. The duration of the procurement contract will be specified during the negotiation process until the final invitation to tender. The estimate of the duration of the procurement contract given in this call for participation is indicative and may be significantly shorter, for example.
