The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of insuring liability for damage caused by the provision of healthcare services by Uherskohradišťská nemocnice in accordance with Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on healthcare services and the conditions for their provision, as amended, and insuring the fleet of vehicles of the contracting authority within the provision of insurance for liability for damage caused by the operation of a vehicle in accordance with Act No. 30/2024 Coll., on insurance for liability for the operation of a vehicle, as amended, comprehensive insurance and additional insurance, and this for vehicles operated by Uherskohradišťská nemocnice.
