1. The subject of the order includes the preparation of design documentation along with the provision of author supervision and the execution of construction works for the task entitled: "Construction of Sector D2 of Quarter III (D) as part of the 'Expansion of the Waste Treatment and Neutralisation Plant. Stage I: Construction of a landfill for non-hazardous and inert waste in Sosnowiec at ul. Grenadierów 21 – Quarter III (D)'. 2. The description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The warranty period required by the Purchaser for construction works is 60 months from the date of signing the Final Acceptance Protocol. 4. The warranty period required by the Purchaser for the remaining scope of the subject of the order (excluding construction works) is a minimum of 36 months and constitutes a non-price evaluation criterion for offers in this procedure.
