Poland – Construction works for power plants and heating plants – Budowa źródła wysokosprawnej kogeneracji gazowej o mocy 4,3 MWe na terenie Ciepłowni C1 wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą

The subject of the contract is the implementation, in the "design and build" formula, of the task entitled "Construction of a high-efficiency gas cogeneration source with a capacity of 4.3 MWe on the site of the C1 Heating Plant, along with the accompanying infrastructure". The subject of the contract includes the design, execution, supply, assembly, commissioning, testing, and handover for operation of a complete high-efficiency gas cogeneration source consisting of two Cogeneration Units with a gross electrical capacity of 2.15 MWe each, i.e. a total of 4.30 MWe, along with complete technological and auxiliary installations. The scope includes, in particular, the construction of the cogeneration source building, the supply and assembly of cogeneration units, heat recovery systems, gas and exhaust systems, Heat Pump systems utilizing heat from LT circuits and exhaust gas condensation, heating, electrical and power installations, AKPiA, automation, control systems and SCADA, as well as the integration of the designed source with the existing infrastructure of the C1 Heating Plant. Each Cogeneration Unit must achieve a gross electrical capacity of 2.15 MWe and a useful heat capacity from the basic HT recovery system + exhaust gases of not less than 2.0 MWt. The total useful heat capacity of both units from the basic recovery system is at least 4.0 MWt. The subject of the contract also includes Start-up, Final Tests, 72-hour Test Run, Guarantee Measurements, training, documentation handover, as well as scheduled inspections and maintenance services for the Cogeneration Units for a period of at least 24 months from the date of Final Acceptance and no less than until each of them reaches 16,000 operating hours inclusive. With regard to the Heat Pumps and the remaining technological equipment covered by the 36-month Quality Service Guarantee period, the Service covers scheduled inspections and maintenance services required by the manufacturer for a period of 36 months from the date of Final Acceptance. The works will be carried out on the site of the active C1 Heating Plant, while maintaining the continuity of its operation.
