Poland – Construction work – Wykonanie robót budowlanych dla zadań inwestycyjnych planowanych przez Beskidzkie Centrum Onkologii – Szpital Miejski im. Jana Pawła II w Bielsku-Białej pn. „Przebudowa Zakładu Patomorfologii i rozbudowa o Laboratorium Genetyki i Biologii Molekularnej oraz przebudowa i nadbudowa Pawilonu nr V- Przychodni Onkologicznej oraz Przebudowa Apteki Szpitalnej BCO-SM"

The subject of the order is part of the investment program entitled "Expansion of the infrastructure of the Beskidzkie Oncology Centre – Municipal Hospital im. Jana Pawła II in Bielsko-Biała, covering: Pavilions I, III, V and the expansion of the diagnostic base with a new PET-CT laboratory", implemented under the agreement no. DOI/FM/SIS/ONKO/2026/2326/133 concluded with the Minister of Health and co-financed from the funds of the Medical Fund – Strategic Infrastructure Sub-Fund. As part of the investment, which is the subject of this procedure, the following tasks will be carried out:

Task A - Reconstruction of the Pathomorphology Department and expansion with a Genetics and Molecular Biology Laboratory of the Beskidzkie Oncology Centre. The subject of the task is the reconstruction of the existing Pavilion III and its adaptation for the function of a histopathology laboratory, as well as the addition, in its immediate vicinity, on the southern side, of a single-storey pavilion, which will function as a Genetics and Molecular Biology Laboratory. The building subject to reconstruction is a single-storey masonry building with partial basement and partially usable attic. The building is under conservation protection. As part of the task, it is planned to replace the building elements, equipment and installations, as well as to erect a new reinforced concrete staircase and window well inside the building. The planned addition is a single-storey pavilion in reinforced concrete and masonry construction, functionally and operationally connected with the existing Pavilion III.

Task B - Reconstruction and extension of Pavilion V – Oncology Outpatient Clinic and Reconstruction of the Hospital Pharmacy of the Beskidzkie Oncology Centre. The subject of the task is the reconstruction and extension of the ground floor of Pavilion no. V, which functions as a Pharmacy, and the extension of the Oncology Outpatient Clinic by one storey. As part of the works related to the reconstruction of the ground floor, it is planned to extend the staircase and the passenger lift, as well as functional and operational changes in the scope of auxiliary rooms for the pharmacy, such as: storage rooms, the pharmacy manager's room and the sterile room. In the scope of the extension, it is planned to extend the existing two-storey building by one storey for the needs of the Oncology Outpatient Clinic.
