The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and processing of mining waste and the management of waste from the energy combustion of hard coal in grate and pulverised boilers without flue gas desulphurisation products (ashes) – through their use in the construction works of the "Północ" facility in accordance with the approved construction project for the needs of PGG S.A. KWK ROW Jankowice Mine and ZEC. 2. The contract concerns the collection, transport and processing of mining waste and other waste with the following codes: 1) ex 01 01 02 - waste from the extraction of minerals other than metal ores, 2) 01 04 12 - waste generated during the washing and cleaning of minerals, 3) 01 04 81 - waste from the flotation enrichment of coal, 4) 10 01 01 - boiler ashes and dust, 5) ex 17 01 07 - mixed waste from concrete rubble, brick rubble, ceramic waste materials and other equipment elements not mentioned in 17 01 06, 6) 17 05 04 - soil and earth, including stones, other than those mentioned in 17 05 03. 3. The maximum amount of waste designated for collection during the contract period is: Północ Region – 1 039 000 Mg of waste, including 39 000 Mg with code 10 01 01 from ZEC.
