The present contract concerns the mission of project management and the compilation of regulatory dossiers for the realisation of an aqueduct and the securing of agricultural irrigation in the lower Agly sector by the meshing of canals and irrigation networks. The work programme comprises:

- The project management missions for the realisation of the works;

- The surveyor expert missions;

- The missions for the compilation of a building permit application dossier;

- The missions for the preservation of the environment and the drinking water catchment perimeter;

- The land acquisition and authorisation missions.
