Poland – Electric accumulators – Dostawa siłowni telekomunikacyjnych i akumulatorów

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of telecommunications power systems, batteries for telecommunications power systems, and other batteries, divided into tasks and in maximum quantities as follows: a) Task 1 – Supply of telecommunications power systems in a maximum of 21 sets b) Task 2 – Supply of 12V 180 Ah batteries for telecommunications power systems in a maximum of 650 units c) Task 3 – Supply of 12V 9 Ah batteries – in a maximum of 1000 units d) Task 4 – Supply of 12V 7.5 Ah batteries – in a maximum of 200 units 2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract – all requirements for the ordered devices are contained in Annex No. 2 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract 3. The contractor will deliver the devices to the Purchaser's warehouse in Krakow, ul. Mogilska 109. The contractor bears the cost of transport. 4. The contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for the delivered devices in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex No. 2 to SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Contract), but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty. 5. The Purchaser allows for equivalent solutions described in the contract documentation, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101(4) of the Pzp Act. 6. Entering into a framework agreement does not deprive the Purchaser of the right to order the subject matter supplies through separate public procurement procedures.
