The Contract involves the tendering of tasks related to advising, planning, and coordinating of moves and removals, as well as logistics and practical assistance. The tasks generally consist of planning, coordinating, and supervising moves and removals. This includes, among other things, dialogue with moved employees, planning of logistics, inventory registration, and in special cases, assistance in connection with updating of drawing materials, IT handling, activity analyses (including setup of digital sensors), supervision of furniture deliveries and other relevant tasks.
