The contracting entity intends to conclude a sectoral contract with the object of Materials and equipment necessary for the execution of works within the project “Amplification of the Jupa Compression Station and construction of the natural gas transport pipeline in the direction of NT Recaș – NT Horia in order to increase transport capacities and safety in the supply of natural gas in the western zone of Romania: B objective – Natural gas transport pipeline Recaș – Horia” – 3 lots.

The deadline by which economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is the 18th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of art. 173 of Law no. 99/2016, amended and supplemented by OUG 107/2017 for the amendment and supplementation of certain normative acts with impact in the field of public procurement.

The deadline by which the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, in accordance with the provisions of art. 172 para. 2, in conjunction with art. 173 of Law no. 99/2016, amended and supplemented by OUG 107/2017 for the amendment and supplementation of certain normative acts with impact in the field of public procurement, is: the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
