This framework agreement is intended to collect and transport funds from parking meters, public toilets, all swimming pools, and museums of the City. The successful tenderer must also ensure the secure deposit of cash to banking institutions and arrange for transfers to the various accounts of the City. The consultation is divided into 3 lots. This is a framework agreement with call-off orders at unit prices. A maximum annual amount is allocated for all lots according to the provisions of the engagement act. No advance payment is planned. The contract will commence on 26 October 2026 or from its notification date if it is later, for an initial period of 1 year. The contract may be renewed tacitly 3 times for 1 year, for a maximum duration of 4 years. However, according to the modalities defined in the AE, the contracting authority may decide to renew the framework agreement early.
