France – Shipping operations – 26DSP07 - CONTRAT DE DELEGATION DE SERVICE PUBLIC PORTANT SUR LA DESSERTE MARITIME DES ÎLES D'OR : PORQUEROLLES, PORT-CROS ET LE LEVANT.

The contract resulting from this consultation is intended to entrust the successful candidate with the operation of the passenger and freight maritime service to the Îles d'Or, consisting of the islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant, using vessels that they provide to serve the following 5 maritime links: - Line 1M: Tour Fondue - Porquerolles (pax and mixed pax + conventional freight) - Line 2M: Hyères - Port-Cros - Le Levant (pax and mixed pax + conventional freight) - Line 3M: Hyères - Porquerolles (pax) - Line 4M: Tour Fondue - Porquerolles (vehicles + conventional freight) - Line 5M: Tour Fondue - Port-Cros (vehicles + conventional freight) in accordance with the service offer on the maritime links indicated in the contract. The Delegatee carries out all the missions incumbent upon them at their own expense, risk and peril, under the conditions set out in the contract. The duration of the contract is set at 5 years, from 1 April 2027, or from the date of its notification if it is later.
