Poland – Building construction work – Modernizacja budynku położonego przy ul. Norberta Barlickiego 1 w Bielsku-Białej wraz z podłączeniem do miejskiej sieci ciepłowniczej – etap III

§ 1. Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of: 1) finishing works in residential premises, 2) finishing works in common parts (renovation of door joinery, staircase, corridors of residential premises and attic), 3) a complete system for the ventilation of the staircase, and 4) effective completion of the construction completion procedure before the building supervisory authority, i.e. notifying the building supervisory authority of the completion of the works or obtaining a decision on the permit for use, 5) supply and installation in individual residential premises of electric cookers, kitchen furniture sets and washbasin cabinets. 2. Detailed descriptions of the works and tasks as well as the characteristics of the building are included in the Subject of the Contract Description (hereinafter: SCD), which is Annex 1 to the Specification. § 2. Material scope of the subject of the contract. 1. The material scope of the subject of the contract has been defined in 1) SCD, which is Annex 1 to the Specification; 2) design and technical documentation including: a) the construction and execution project entitled „Remont budynku wraz z przebudową kominów i pomieszczeń higieniczno-sanitarnych oraz demontażem instalacji gazowej przy ul. Norberta Barlickiego 1 w Bielsku-Białej”, prepared by Experts Group Dorota Setlak, ul. Roosevelta 1/3, 41-500 Chorzów, along with the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works, b) an alternative project covering the interior arrangement; 3) formal documents: a) building permit decision no. 1107/2020 of 2 December 2020 issued by the President of the City of Bielsko-Biała, b) permit no. BB/588/2020 of 29.07.2020 by the Śląski Wojewódzki Konserwator Zabytków, c) permit no. BB/412/2022 of 09.06.2022 by the Śląski Wojewódzki Konserwator Zabytków, d) decision no. WPZ.52840.1.253.2022.AR and no. WPZ.52840.2.46.2022.AR of 9 January 2023 by the Śląski Komendant Wojewódzki Państwowej Straży Pożarnej, e) „Technical fire safety expertise for the investment consisting in the reconstruction of the multi-family residential building located in Bielsko-Biała at ul. Norberta Barlickiego 1” prepared in October 2022, 4) work items, which are Annex 3 to the Specification. 2.
