Romania – Riverbank protection works – Servicii de elaborare a proiectului tehnic și a detaliilor de execuție, verificare tehnică de calitate a proiectului tehnic, asistență tehnică și execuție de lucrări aferente obiectivului de investiții „PROMENADA VERDE” – Obiectul nr. 2 - Renovarea, reabilitarea și consolidarea malurilor lacului Grivița

The subject of the present procurement is the conclusion of a contract for the provision of Services for the preparation of the technical project and execution details, technical quality verification of the technical project, technical assistance and the execution of works related to the investment objective "PROMENADA VERDE" - Object no. 2 - Renovation, rehabilitation and consolidation of the Grivița Lake embankments. This investment objective is mainly necessary for the rehabilitation of the embankment protection in order to ensure safe operation and recreation activities. The role of these hydraulic structures has been both recreational and protective against embankment erosion. Currently, the embankments are in a state of degradation (in some places very advanced), caused both by the usual action of environmental factors (precipitation, groundwater circulation, freeze-thaw cycle, meteorological waters, etc.) and by the absence of regular maintenance works throughout the life of the structure. Regarding the green spaces adjacent to the lake, most of them are in a state of accentuated degradation, due to both deficient maintenance and difficult accessibility in some areas. The Promenada Verde project promotes sustainable urban mobility, encourages non-motorized transport, increases the quality of the urban environment, reduces air pollution and improves functional zoning at the level of Sector 1 of the Municipality of Bucharest. The main minimum indicators (performance indicators) related to the investment objective from the content of the Feasibility Study, as these indicators were approved based on the provisions of art. 7 para. (5) and para. (6) of HG no. 907/2016. These indicators represent physical elements/capacities that indicate the achievement of the investment objective and/or, where applicable, in accordance with the standards, regulations and technical regulations in force: 1. Total intervention area = 867,885.52m2, of which:  Water surface area = 764,618.12m2;  Green space area = 45,611.40m2;  Total Promenada Verde area (on the ground and above water) = 57,656.00m2; 2. Total promenade length = 8,409.00m  Length of pedestrian bridges = 231m;  Length of promenade on the ground = 2,350.00m  Length of promenade above water = 5,828.00m
