The contract is divided into two lots. Each lot includes the services of internet access, point-to-point L2 interconnection, technical assistance, and DDoS Mitigation, in the places and in the manner better described in the pre-qualification notice and in the other tender documents. The aforementioned services of internet access, L2 interconnection, and DDoS Mitigation, also include the completion of all preparatory activities and the supply of what is described in the special conditions. The two lots into which the present procedure is divided will be awarded to two different economic operators, due to the SGPR's need to minimize the risk of internet connection unavailability and to ensure the exercise of the institutional functions of the Secretariat General. The right for operators to submit a request to participate in both lots remains unaffected.
