Finland – Construction work – KVR-urakka, TVT Pääskysillankatu 4

The construction of new buildings using the KVR contract model; the multi-storey residential building and parking hall with courtyard works to be implemented in the Pääskyvuoren area of Turku. The contract type for the project is a fixed-price comprehensive contract (KVR contract), including building and technical building services works as well as the completion of the designs, work and implementation plans according to the tender documents, based on the starting data of the ground investigation and design guidelines. The project includes one A-energy class multi-storey residential building of approximately 2300 m2. In addition, a parking hall, courtyard and traffic areas will be constructed on the plot according to the contract program. The access roads to the plot will be implemented according to the plans.
