Sweden – Storage services – Upphandling mellanlager/hubbverksamhet

Öresundskraft Kraft och Värme AB intends to procure a service for the interim storage of CO₂. The interim storage constitutes a central part of the value chain within Carbon Capture, Usage and Storage (CCUS) and is necessary to enable the safe and efficient handling of the volumes of carbon dioxide planned to be separated. Öresundskraft will be the first actor in Sweden to introduce carbon dioxide capture at a combined heat and power plant. The procurement therefore represents an important step in the development of Swedish CCS infrastructure.
