Poland – Medical consumables – Dostawa sprzętu medycznego - umowa ramowa ZP24/A/10/2026

The subject of the Contract is the successive delivery of medical equipment (hereinafter also referred to as medical items or assortment) for the needs of the departments of Szpital Powiatu Bytowskiego Sp. z o.o., based on a framework agreement, ordered by the Hospital Pharmacy in the assortment and absolute requirements specified in the assortment-price form - Annex 1 to the SWZ. Annex 1 to the SWZ also specifies the indicative quantity of medical items. During the validity of the Contract, the Purchaser is obliged to order deliveries with a value of at least 40% of the total maximum remuneration specified in § 2.1 of the Contract, the template of which is Annex 3 to the SWZ. The delivery of the assortment will be carried out on the basis of partial orders at the cost and risk of the Contractor to the Hospital Pharmacy within 3 working days from the date of placing the order.
