The procurement process includes a contract for the Purchaser's procurement of transport and treatment of A2 wood for reuse from Vejle Municipality's recycling centres. The Bidder shall be responsible for: * collection, transport, treatment and reuse of the collected A2 wood from the recycling centre RessourceCenter Vejle, * reception and treatment of the collected A2 wood from the Purchaser's three recycling centres in Børkop, Egtved and Give, and * providing the necessary containers at RessourceCenter Vejle for the entire contract period. The Bidder must ensure that the largest possible share of the wood is reused, and that residual products are handled in accordance with applicable legislation, including the waste regulation. In 2025, the quantity of wood for reuse (A2 wood) was 6,462 tons and the number of collections/hauls for a load of two (2) full containers was 716 from the Purchaser's four (4) recycling centres. The quantity and number of collections/hauls of wood for reuse (A2 wood) are expected to vary throughout the year and between the individual years in the contract period. It is expected that the future quantities and number of collections/hauls will be at approximately the same level. The expected volume in the tender list is only indicative and not binding for the Purchaser, as they are based on historical figures.
