Poland – Industrial machinery – „Dostawa prasy do belowania asortymentu wysegregowanego w hali sortowni oraz pozostałości po sortowaniu odpadów"

The subject of the contract is the supply, assembly and installation of a baling press for a segregated assortment in the sorting hall and remaining waste after sorting. The baling press must be brand new, year of manufacture 2026. The delivered press must not be a prototype and must come from serial production. The technical parameters of the contract subject required by the contracting authority are included in the Contract Subject Description – Annex 1 to SWZ. 2. Additional requirements: a. delivery of the press to the contracting authority's headquarters, i.e. the locality of Stary Las 9, gm. Starogard Gdański, to the place indicated by the contracting authority, i.e. the sorting hall, b. assembly of the press, its installation and commissioning together with all supplied components, c. execution of the modification of the existing waste bunker, allowing smooth feeding of waste to the press from the transporting conveyor belts, d. execution of the electrical connections and automation of the supplied press, e. execution of electrical measurements and, on this basis, measurement protocols, allowing the commissioning of the press, f. execution of technical and technological startup, taking into account the provisions of lit. c, g. leaving all parts, elements and devices dismantled by the contractor at the disposal of the contracting authority, as its property, h. delivery to the contracting authority of documents prepared in Polish, in particular: • warranty card, • declaration of conformity (CE certificate – Conformité Européenne), • list of warranty and post-warranty services, • catalogue of spare parts (also in electronic version), • technical-operational documentation (DTR), • user instructions for the press (min. 3 copies in paper form), • complete documentation of hydraulic and electrical diagrams, • maintenance schedule and operational activities, the contracting authority does not require separate elaborations in cases where, for example, the user instructions are at the same time DTR. i. training of the designated personnel of the contracting authority (10 operators) in the scope of operation and exploitation of the press, j. execution of the Service and implementation of obligations arising from the granted warranty. 3. Warranty conditions: 1) The contractor shall grant a warranty for the contract subject for a period of 24 months or 4000 hours of press operation, whichever occurs first, counted from the date of signing by the contracting authority of the acceptance protocol of the contract subject ("without remarks/without reservations"). 2) The warranty and service conditions are described in the Draft Contract Terms – Annex 9 to SWZ and in the Contract Subject Description – Annex 1 to SWZ.
