Intellectual services contract for construction technical control tasks (lot no. 1) and level 1 safety and health protection coordination (lot no. 2) for the reconstruction of the Louis Domergue hospital site in Trinité (Martinique). The operation involves the creation of a new hospital building of approximately 15,000 m² SDP, a 2nd category ERP, and its associated works. The contract is divided into two lots, concluded at a lump sum. The operation is estimated at approximately 76 M euros HT of works.
