This procurement primarily involves waste collection services performed by a maintenance vessel. The contractor must have a maintenance vessel and any other necessary transport vehicles available for the duration of the contract to service accessible targets by sea. More information in the contract template. The contract is performed as a unit contract price, which includes all costs incurred by the operation (VAT 0%). The unit contract price includes all the work tasks in this contract. The contracting authority requests three (3) different prices per contract in this tender notice. The contracting authority arranges the rhythm of the customers' waste collections, if possible, so that the collections are scheduled primarily in the spring and autumn. The contracting authority provides this information to the contractor for route planning. The contractor is responsible for the routing of the collections and their practical implementation. The contractor agrees on the details of the collections directly with the customers. In addition to the pre-planned and routed collections, the contractor receives new collection orders from customers, agrees on their implementation and is responsible for their routing. The contractor also receives and implements urgent collection orders. The contract areas are located in the archipelago area of Lounais-Suomen Jätehuollon, excluding the archipelago area of Uudenkaupunki. The tender notice has two (2) parts: Contract Area A (Kaarina, Masku, Naantali, Paraisten, Sauvo and Turku areas) Contract Area B (Kemiönsaari, Salo and Sauvo areas) The call for tenders does not include waste collections by waste vehicle on the mainland or on islands with a road, bridge or ferry connection. However, there may be targets on these areas that are inaccessible by waste vehicle and require collection by sea and thus belong to these archipelago contract areas. See map attachment (Attachment 3): LSJH's other contract areas. The bidder may bid for both parts. Suitable bids are taken into comparison. The selection criterion is overall economic advantage and the selection is made from the bids that meet the requirements at the lowest price. The selection can be made at the lowest price, since a high quality level for the service has been defined in the tender notice and the related contract. The unit contract price includes driving the transport vehicle to the collection point from the starting point or the connecting pier, emptying the collection system's waste into the vessel or transport vehicle, transporting the waste from the vessel or transport vehicle to one of the designated receiving points and unloading the load, and recording and photographing the markings according to the contracting authority's instructions. The winning service provider is obliged to accept the content of the contract template as is.
