This award procedure aims to conclude supply contracts for the following products: Lot 1 – Firefighting training mannequins - 2 units, Lot 2 - Halligan set - 4 units, funded through Grant No. 137100 within the project „Cross border joint training” ROMD00024 – C TRAINED. The deadline by which the contracting authority will clearly and fully respond to all requests for clarification/information: 16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/ applications: 25. Clarification requests related to the award documentation will be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated „Questions” section from the details of the ongoing award procedure. ATTENTION!!! In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will respect the provisions of ANAP notification No. 247 regarding the manner of transmitting clarification requests and additional information to the award documentation / responses formulated in the case of conducting public procurement contract award procedures through electronic means (online), in the sense that the documents attached to the „Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN THE IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THESE, since these will become public at the time of transmission of the response by the contracting authority!
