Poland – Tree-cutting services – Wycinka drzew w ciągach dróg wojewódzkich na terenie działania Rejonu Dróg Wojewódzkich w Gryficach, Pyrzycach i Stargardzie.

The subject of the contract is the provision of tree felling services, including stump grinding and clearing of road verges along regional roads in the area of operation of the Zachodniopomorskie Regional Roads Authority in Koszalin, divided into 3 tasks: Task No. 1 – Gryfice Task No. 2 – Pyrzyce Task No. 3 – Stargard

2. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the subject of the contract using ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes for which no recommendations have been issued, as referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security, or a decision or other act in connection with which a given ICT product, ICT service or specific ICT process should be withdrawn from use.

3. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of awarding similar contracts, i.e. contracts at the Contracting Authority's discretion, as referred to in Article 305(1) in connection with Article 214(1)(7) of the Act – Public Procurement Law. 1) The scope of the services consists in repeating similar services, consistent with the subject of the main contract; 2) The value of the services is set at a net amount of: Task No. 1 – 10 000,00 PLN; Task No. 2 – 13 000,00 PLN; Task No. 3 – 70 000,00 PLN. 3) The basis for determining the conditions for the implementation of a similar contract is the main contract and negotiations conducted with the Contractor.

4. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, all persons performing activities within the scope of the contract for each of the tasks, i.e. equipment/vehicle operators (drivers), felling workers, physical workers performing work related to clearing the area after felling, etc. This obligation also applies to Subcontractors.
