Description

Task: Development of the wastewater management and treatment system of Dabas city under a turnkey contract, including a minimum 6-month test operation period, and performance of tasks falling within the warranty period during the warranty period. The design plans for the wastewater treatment plant and network development to be established have been completed under the KEHOP-2.1.3-15-2022-00105 support contract, therefore the FIDIC “Red” Book contract structure will be applied. A preliminary examination procedure was necessary for the entire investment, which was concluded with a decision (PE/KTHF/00172-15/2024 - environmental impact assessment was not required). 1. PART: Construction of the wastewater treatment plant and irrigation field, network construction tasks a.) Construction of the wastewater treatment plant: The new plant will be built as a new greenfield investment on the 0148/5-8 hrsz plot in the outskirts of Dabas. The planned new wastewater treatment plant will treat the wastewater of Dabas city, with an organic matter capacity of 30,670 PE, and a treatment capacity of 3,100 m3/day. Various structures, buildings, and technological facilities will be prepared on the design site. The new plant will apply SBR operation wastewater treatment technology. b.) Establishment and renovation of the willow irrigation field: The new willow irrigation field, which ensures the final disposal of the treated wastewater, is part of the project. The design documentation includes a treated wastewater main sewer, pressure pipe, willow basins, irrigation pans, drainage pipes, and bypass. In addition to the existing 21.5 ha willow area, a further 27.5 ha willow wastewater irrigation will be established. Alongside the development of the new settling ponds, the current, heavily degraded pans will be gradually restored. c.) Construction of sewers and wells (1st and 2nd lift wells to the wastewater treatment plant) (Not affected by test operation) The main task of this section is to solve the transfer of the wastewater quantity currently arriving through the 4 existing collector pressure pipes to the new wastewater treatment plant to be established. As part of this, the following sewer sections will be built: the new lift wells, the sewer sections connecting the existing collector pipes (water management wells) in a trench system, and the pressure-operated collector main pipes (dual pipes) connecting the new lift wells and the planned new wastewater treatment plant. The plans also include the construction of the drinking water pipe supplying the network of the planned wastewater treatment plant. 2. PART: Development of the wastewater network in the city (Not affected by test operation) This section can be implemented independently from the 1st part in terms of technology. On the one hand, it includes the expansion of the wastewater network in the Örkényi út and its surroundings (“Design of Dabas city’s new wastewater treatment plant and related facilities, Design of wastewater network development connected to Dabas city’s new wastewater treatment plant, Design of wastewater network development in Örkényi út and its surroundings - construction design, Job number: 2024/T90” – folder named “Örkényi út wastewater network”). Gravity and pressure-operated pipe sections will be built on Örkényi út and Szőlő, Akácos, Rabárerdő, Venyige, Fenyves streets, with lift wells and related facilities. Number of residential properties to be supplied: currently 254 properties. Total gravity sewer network and pressure pipes: 5,046 m. Sections of the network to be built: E-Cs 16-0-0 gravity sewer (Örkényi út): 1,503 m – DN200 – KG-PVC E-Cs 17-0-0 gravity sewer (Szőlő street): 974 m – DN200 – KG-PVC E-Cs 18-0-0 gravity sewer (Rabárerdő street I.): 501 m – DN200 – KG-PVC E-Cs 19-0-0 gravity sewer (Rabárerdő street II.): 335 m – DN200 – KG-PVC E-Cs 20-1-0 gravity sewer (Fenyves street, Akácos street): 628 m – DN200 – KG-PVC E-Cs 20-2-0 gravity sewer (Rabárerdő street): 153 m – DN200 – KG-PVC E-Cs 21-0-0 gravity sewer (Rabárerdő street): 278 m – DN200 – KG-PVC E-Cs 22-0-0 gravity sewer (Fenyves street): 344 m – DN200 – KG-PVC E-Ny 4-0-0 pressure pipe (Rabárerdő street): 41 m – D110 PE E-Ny 5-0-0 pressure pipe (Fenyves street): 289 m – D90 PE Wastewater lift stations to be built: E-II. lift station, E-III. lift station On the other hand, the design documentation related to the city’s wastewater network (“Design of Dabas city’s new wastewater treatment plant and related facilities, Design of wastewater network development connected to Dabas city’s new wastewater treatment plant - construction design, VERSION NUMBER: V2, Job number: 2023/T/59” – folder named “City wastewater network”) requires tenders for the following technical units: CS-1, CS-2, CS-3, CS-4, CS-5, NY-1, NY-2, E-NY 1-0-0, E-NY 2-0-0, E-NY 3-0-0, CS-NY-1, CS-NY-2, CS-NY-3, CS-NY-4, CS-NY-5, CS-NY-6, E-CS 20-0-0 pipes, Homok street lift station, E-I. lift station, 3545/2 Hrsz lift station (The design areas marked in blue on the “Overview site plan - tender breakdown for dismantling” drawing) Number of residential properties to be supplied: currently 164 properties. Total gravity sewer network and pressure sewer network and pressure pipes: 6,179 m. 3. PART: Construction of the access road to the site (Not affected by test operation) The task is to implement the construction of the access road to the new Dabasi wastewater treatment plant, which is located in the current outskirts of the settlement, in the area between the 5th class first-class main road and the 4604 j. national road, north of Dabas. The 0129 hrsz road has an asphalt pavement between the 0+000-0+350 km sections
