The Contracting Authority aims to procure a partner to ensure the safety and condition of the glazed balcony and corridor railings of VAV Group's properties. The scope of the procurement is described in the attached documents. There are a total of 44 targets, with 2786 apartments. The targets are owned by VAV Asunnot Oy, VAV Palvelukodit Oy and VAV Yhtymä Oy. The targets are located in various parts of the city of Vantaa. The targets have been divided into four (4) groups. A bid can be submitted for all or some of the groups. The award criterion for the contract is the total price per group. Invoicing is done per target based on the contractor's completed bid table. The inspection is carried out by following the "Recommendations and guidelines for balcony glazing inspections of the Capital Region Building Control" (Annex 2) and the instructions of the RT 103757 card. An inspection report will be prepared for the Contracting Authority for each target, presenting the result of the inspection of each glazing and the proposed follow-up measures. The contract follows KSE 2013. The basis for charging the contract is the lump sum. The contract does not reimburse: "5.4 Special Compensation", "5.5 Expenses" (such as e.g. possible crane costs) and "5.6 Reimbursement of travel expenses and travel time" but these must be included in the bid price. If the total number of glazed balconies and corridors implemented in a group is greater than the number of apartments stated in the bid invitation, the contractor has the right to additional compensation at the unit price (unit price = group bid price / number of apartments in the bid invitation). The Contracting Authority does not necessarily have the balcony plans of all the oldest targets available. Invoicing is done according to the group-specific payment schedule, where one target is one payment. The contractor must prepare a resident notification for each target (e.g. schedule, measures at the target). The Contracting Authority will handle the distribution to residents.
