The Municipal Hospital Mediaș intends to award a framework agreement for public procurement, the object of which is the supply of food necessary for the patients of the Municipal Hospital Mediaș – need report, prepared by Specialty Inspector - Avramescu Olimpia and approved by Manager Constantin Gheorghe Nicorici. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, cf art.160 para.2 of Law 98/2016. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20.
