Romania – Miscellaneous food products – Acord cadru privind achizitionarea de alimente in perioada 2026-2028

Framework agreement for the procurement of food for the period 2026-2028, necessary for the performance of specific activities, in accordance with the terms of reference. The minimum and maximum estimated quantities for the entire duration of the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum quantities that may be the subject of a subsequent contract, for each lot, are provided in the Terms of Reference, in the chapter relating to each lot, an integral part of the award documentation. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
