Germany – Construction project management services – KRH Klinikum Großburgwedel - Projektsteuerungsleistungen

It concerns project management services for the construction of the KRH Klinikum Großburgwedel on the southern outskirts of Burgwedel. The general planner has already been determined following an extensive tendering procedure. The project management services are being tendered in this tendering procedure. The new construction project is a grant project of the State of Lower Saxony. The decision notice on the inclusion in the Lower Saxony Hospital Plan is dated 12.12.2018 and specifies a planned number of beds of 285 upon commissioning of the new building. The project costs deemed likely to be eligible for funding by the State of Lower Saxony amount to 220 million EUR gross, plus GG (major equipment) and EE (initial equipment). The expected total project costs (cost groups 200 to 800) will become a contractual component after submission of the grant application to the State of Lower Saxony (at the end of the performance phase 3 according to HOAI) and must be observed as a cost ceiling. The building plot, with an area of approx. 40,000 m², is owned by the KRH Klinikum Region Hannover GmbH. Two further plots of land adjacent to the KRH building plot are owned by the Region Hannover and are available for a possible future expansion of the hospital, which may be necessary after completion of the new building currently planned.
